Online Sessions

The centre offers the option of online sessions through various digital platforms, allowing individuals to access psychological support from the comfort and privacy of their own environment.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is an important process of self-awareness and psychological empowerment. During this process, therapist and client interact within a safe, confidential, and trusting environment with the aim of recognizing, understanding, and effectively managing the difficulties the individual may be facing.

Child & Adolescent Therapy (Child Psychologist)

The primary goal of therapy is to support the healthy and harmonious emotional and psychological development of the child. During childhood and adolescence, development can sometimes be disrupted by internal or external conflicts or other challenges. Through therapeutic support, children and adolescents are helped to better understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and enhance their overall well-being.

Family Therapy

Family therapy is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on addressing difficulties within the family system. By improving communication patterns and the overall functioning of the family as a whole, the mental health and well-being of each individual member can be promoted and maintained.

Parent Counselling

Parent counselling is a supportive process that provides guidance, support, and psychoeducation. Its purpose is to help parents manage challenges that arise during child-rearing, better understand their children’s needs, and create a healthy and supportive family environment.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is designed for partners who are experiencing difficulties or who wish to improve their relationship. Sessions take place in a safe and confidential setting where both partners can openly express their concerns, challenges, and expectations while working towards healthier communication and relationship dynamics.

Psychometric Assessment & Learning Difficulties

The centre offers psychometric assessments using the latest version of the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC-V). This internationally recognized assessment tool is considered one of the most valid and reliable instruments for evaluating cognitive functioning in children and adolescents.

Through the administration of this assessment, combined with clinical observation, it becomes possible to identify learning difficulties or other developmental challenges a child may experience. Based on the assessment findings, an individualized support plan is developed according to the specific needs of the child.

Therapy and Counselling for Athletes

Therapy and counselling for athletes is a specialized psychological intervention aimed at enhancing mental well-being and athletic performance. The focus includes strengthening self-confidence, managing goals and motivation, coping with performance pressure, and supporting recovery from injuries.
